นายโกสินทร์ สืบประสิทธิ์วงศ์ เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 5 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2525 ณ จังหวัดอ่างทอง ได้ศึกษาระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนต้นและได้เริ่มเล่นวงโยธวาทิตที่โรงเรียนวัดโพธิ์ทูล จังหวัดอ่างทอง ตั้งแต่ชั้น ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จากนั้นได้ย้ายไปศึกษาระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย ที่โรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 (บูรพาวิทยากร) จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้เข้าศึกษาระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาที่โรงเรียนบุญวัฒนา จังหวัดนครราชสีมา และได้เข้าเป็นสมาชิกวงโยธวาทิตของโรงเรียนบุญวัฒนาตลอดการศึกษาในระดับมัธยม หลังจากจบการศึกษาระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ได้เข้าศึกษาต่อทางด้านดนตรีที่มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นและวิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ถึงชั้นปีที่ 2 ในปี พ.ศ. 2545 ได้ผ่านการสอบคัดเลือกให้เข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิกวงโยธวาทิตประจำรัฐโคโลราโด ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งเป็นวงโยธวาทิตชั้นนำของโลก และได้ศึกษาทางด้านวงโยธวาทิตจากสถาบันดนตรีวงโยธวาทิต The Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps ณ เมืองเดนเวอร์ รัฐโคโลราโด ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และในปี พ.ศ. 2546 ได้เป็นผู้เล่นในวงโยธวาทิต The Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps เป็นตัวแทนของรัฐโคโลราโด เข้าร่วมการประกวดวงโยธวาทิตรายการระดับโลกที่มีชื่อว่า Drum Corps International (DCI)
หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการศึกษาด้านวงโยธวาทิตจากประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา นายโกสินทร์ สืบประสิทธิ์วงศ์ ได้เดินทางกลับมายังประเทศไทย และได้รับเชิญเป็นวิทยากรพิเศษ และอาจารย์สอนด้านวงโยธวาทิตให้กับวงโยธวาทิตทั้งในประเทศไทย และต่างประเทศ เช่น มาเลเซีย จีน อินโดนีเซีย ฟิลิปปินส์ ภูฏาน ฯลฯ นอกจากนี้ยังได้รับเชิญให้เป็นกรรมตัดสินการประกวดวงโยธวาทิต และได้รับเชิญให้เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับสมาคมวงโยธวาทิตในหลายประเทศ
ในปี พ.ศ. 2546 นายโกสินทร์ สืบประสิทธิ์วงศ์ ได้เป็นผู้ริเริ่มจัดตั้งกลุ่ม ไทยมาร์ชชิ่งแบนด์ [www.thaimarchingband.org] ขึ้นมาเพื่อทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในด้านวงโยธวาทิตของประเทศไทย เช่น การจัดหาเครื่องดนตรีบริจาคให้กับโรงเรียนที่ห่างไกลและไม่มีงบประมาณเพียงพอในการจัดซื้อ จัดการอบรมและสอนการเล่นเครื่องดนตรีในวงโยธวาทิต และจัดการประกวดวงโยธวาทิตในภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ของประเทศไทย ฯลฯ ต่อมาได้มีแนวคิดที่จะนำวงโยธวาทิตจากต่างประเทศเข้ามาประกวดในประเทศไทย เพื่อให้เยาวชนไทยได้มีโอกาสเห็นวงโยธวาทิตชั้นนำจากประเทศต่าง ๆ โดยไม่ต้องเดินทางไปถึงต่างประเทศ และพยายามสร้างให้ประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์กลางการประกวดวงโยธวาทิตในภูมิภาคเอเชีย นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถช่วยส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวของประเทศไทย และช่วยเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมของประเทศไทยผ่านการแสดงของวงโยธวาทิตได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย จึงได้ก่อตั้งสมาคมการประกวดวงโยธวาทิตโลก ประเทศไทย ขึ้น และได้เป็นนายกสมาคมฯ ในการบริหารจัดการประกวดฯ และได้เริ่มจัดการประกวดวงโยธวาทิตระดับนานาชาติ ขึ้นครั้งแรกของประเทศไทย เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2553 หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ Thailand World Music Championships ในปัจจุบัน [www.twmc.or.th]

Mr. Kosin Suebprasitwong was born on April 5, 1982 in Ang Thong Province. He studied at the beginning of elementary school and started playing a marching band at Wat Pho Thul School Ang Thong Province since grade 2, then moved to the upper elementary school At the Municipality School 1 (Burapha Witthayakorn), Nakhon Ratchasima, then moved to high school Boon Wattana School Nakhon Ratchasima. After graduated at high school. He studied in Music Department at Khon Kaen University and the College of Music, Mahidol University reached its second year in 2002 He passed the audition at The Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps in Denver, Colorado, USA. In 2003 he was a player in the marching band The Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps as a representative of Colorado state participate in the world-class Marching Band Contest, Drum Corps International (DCI). After completing his studies in marching bands from the United States, Mr. Kosin Suebprasitwong returned to Thailand. He was invited as a special guest and instructor Thailand and throughout Asia such as Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Bhutan, etc. Hes was also invited to be an adjudicator and consultant for marching band contest throughout Asia as well.
In 2003, Mr. Kosin Suebprasitwong founded of the group Thai Marching Band [www.thaimarchingband.org] to carry out activities in Thailand's marching band, such as providing musical instruments, donating to rural schools and not having enough budget to purchase musical instruments. Provide teacher, instructor or trainer to play musical instruments in marching bands. He also organized marching band contests in different regions of Thailand. After that, he has an idea to bring foreign marching band to compete in Thailand. To give Thai youth the opportunity to see leading marching bands from different countries without having to travel abroad. And trying to make Thailand a center for marching bands in Asia It can also help promote tourism of Thailand and to help disseminate the culture of Thailand through the performance of the marching band in another way.
In 2010, he founded The Thailand World Marching Band Competition Association. He was the president of the association in the administration of the contest and began organizing an international marching band contest for the first time in Thailand in 2010, known as the Thailand World Music Championships today [www.twmc.or.th]. In 2016, Mr. Kosin Suebprasitwong realized to develop the marching band in the Asian region and the joint development. So, he founded the Asian Marching Band Confederation [www.ambc.asia] and create the system of marching bands judging. He also was elected president of the Asian Marching Band for 2 consecutive times in 2016-2019 and 2019-2022.
He also founded of Drum Corps Asia [www.drumcorpsasia.org] and World Marching Arts [www.worldmarchingarts.org] in 2018, And to develop global marching bands, Mr. Kosin Suebprasitwong. He also has a vision of the concept of joining the marching band of the world By being the founder of the World Marching Band Organization [www.wmbo.org] on 20 July 2020. Nowsaday, Mr. Kosin Suebprasitwong has been selected as president of the Marching Band Association of Thailand [www.mbat.or.th] the first time in a history on 24 August 2020.
